Does the Trokar football jig mold only take Trokar hooks? Or will the mold accept other ones?  Like Mustad?

It takes any of the heavy 60 degree hooks,I got it in Dec and love it.One is with the Mustad the red hook is Diachii.

I thought only the shaky heads had the flat top? The football shaky head is the only mold I saw that uses a Trokar hook exclusively and that has a flat top, the regular weedless football head look like is has a recessed hook eye but no flat spot but I can't really tell from all the pics.

What Mustad hook did you use for this mold, and did you make ANY modifications?   I really like that mold but I didn't want it because it said only Trokar hooks would fit.  I wonder if the Owner 5304  will work?  If so I may order this mold tonight.  Thanks for the info!

Any of the heavy wire 60 degree hooks work,yes the 5304 works with no mods.I wouldnt of bought it if it was Trokar only. I have poured this jig with 4 different styles and no problems.The Mustad is good old 32786.
