Getting ready to buy a couple new rods,really lookin at the halos.anybody used them,good or bad thoughts welcome.

    Almost as bad as a Carrot Stix.  Broke one afer 2 trips, got a replacement and broke that one the next time out.  Sent it back with a note saying I want my money back.  I did and went out and got a St.Croix SCV blank to build on.

    I can't say whether good or bad but from what I understand they all have slow actions and I really dlon't like work fishing with a parabolic rod.
