Owner 5304 And Football Head.

I am about to change over to the owner 5304 for my brush jigs, I really like the looks of that hook and I have read nothing but good things about them on this forum. I have a football mold that will accept this straight eye hook. My question is, I have never thrown a football jig with this straight eye before. Is there any difference in presentation or how the bait feels because of the straight eye versus the flat.
