Anybody Wanna Try To Get A High School/club Going Out In Illinois?

Featured Replies

I'm a highschooler in Illinois, pretty much almost nobody at my school fishes, and I was wondering if there is anybody out there interested in starting a team to fish a bunch of tournaments.  I am in the Carpentersville/Elgin area, but I would be willing to drive a bit to meet up with people.  Send me a pm if you're interested in doing something like this.

Get in contact with kids from hoffman estates they have a team.

I go to st. Charles east and we have a team through school as part of the IHSA. talk to your counselor or Dean and start a proposal. It is a lot of fun fishing for your school.plus you meet some great people who are around your same age.

it's kind of hard out here. I go to Dundee crown, I don't know if you've heard of it. But I talked to the athletic director and he says i need to get at least 3 others from school who are willing to fish. On top of that we apparently need a sponsor to fish ihsa that works at the school

The sponsor is a teacher or a coach. Look on the sports teams.
