Been thinking about this today, I read some guys have cut the tail in half to have a different look on a swimbait or jig.  I have some single hook frog hooks, and thought of splitting the tail and using it as a frog.  Will have to give this a shot next weekend.

Doesn't work all that well, quite subtle action. oh well it was a shot.
