Anyone remember the "weed wing or tinsel tail spinnerbait"

Featured Replies

I used these bait's when I first "cut" my teeth bass fishing in the late 70's and early eightie's, caught some dandie bass on em too! Don't know if anyone has any tinsel tail spinnerbait's on here though, they were made by a compnay in minnesota called "pro fisherman" I believe, and the weed wing by Johhny o' neill, and later harrison hogue, Junebugman

I used the weed wing and it was a very good bait for getting the bass out of weeds. Sort of a spin of of a Johnson spoon.

The Weed Wing was fairly well known in my earlier days, although I have no recollection of ever using them.
