Just picked up some swimbaits, somewhat small in size and was wondering if anyone could tell me who makes them.

The eyes are strange...its not an eye at all...its actually a rattle.Has 3 flared gills on each side. The hook comes out the back and there is a weed guard which is comprised of 2 wires.
