what's up gentleman? do any of you have a lawnmower you are willing to sell/trade? i just laid 8 pallets of sod and my old mower is just that---old. i have a couple of pair of costas i am willing to trade. i also have a couple of reels as well. let me know if anyone has a good mower.

Check craigslist if you have not already. Sometimes even in the garage sale section, they will list one. Just keep your eye out for one priced right. Plus 8 pallets is a lot of GRASS! :laugh5:

d**n I just gave an old mower away.

Im retired and I dont cut my own lawn, how sorry is that?

that's not bad at all rob. when i retire i will be living in a condo and have ZERO yard work. i actually found a great video on you tube on how to tune your mower up. i changed the oil, air filter, spark plug and blade. what a difference it made. i'm gonna wait another week before the initial cut. so far 90% of the sod has rooted. it looks amazing!

was totally not expection this thread to be about a lawnmower lol. d**n, I just tossed a decent one a few months ago that had a broken push bar that could have been repaired, but I had another newer one.

Don't scalp it. Raise that deck up for a while.
