Fishing Fort Worth Texas Area Anyone?

Featured Replies

Hey guys. Down in Fort Worth Texas for some school, so far I've fished lake worth and the trinity river with no luck at all except a small white bass, I've tried crankbaits, plastic worms and craws, spinners and poppers, and live bait all with no luck, does anyone know any reliable spots or baits/lures for this area?

hey bud i just moved down here from NY so I've been trying to explore the lakes as well...i've only fished Joe Pool Lake during the early mornings and I've had some luck with some smaller LMB...ive caught them on a different bait each week...and it seems the lake only will yield once bass per trip lol!...ive used spinners, jigs, and hard plastic minnows so far..hope that helps

About 90 minutes East of you is Lake Fork.  It's one of the best bass lakes in the entire country.
