BasStar baits

Featured Replies

Anyone ever use these? The Silent Runner Jr and the Prop Runner Jr look pretty nice.

The only BasStar bait that I've tried is the Dredger, very disapointed in this particular bait. The design sounds good in theory but it's very poorly balanced and because it was almost impossible to make a long cast with it without tumbling you would have a very high ratio of wasted cast due to the line tangling around the hooks. I believe the Prop Runner got a good review on Tackle Tour if I remember correctly, if you decide to try those baits let me know what you think but I would definetely stay away from the Dredger.
