Yup, one of the good guys in the NFL is hanging up his cleats after 16 years in the league. Although, im an avid Panthers fan and the Bucs are our biggest rivals, Im really gonna miss seeing Barber playing opposite of Steve Smith a couple times a year. I wish more players would have the professionalism and longevity that he did.

Dude is a Hall of famer in my book.

Kudos to Rhonde Barber for a good career.

good, now london fletcher will have the current active streak for consecutive games played all to himself provided he makes it to week 1 and plays.

in all honesty, ronde barber has had a great career, but im not really a fan of his. its hard for me to like him when i hate his brother tiki barber so much, and i realize theyre not the same person despite being twins.

Its hard not to think of Tiki when you think of Rhonde...because they are twins and did play in the same era, but Rhondes attitude was completely different than Tikis.

...that and tiki played for the Giants..

I feel similarly, seeing Tiki every time I see Ronde, but I force myself to remember that they're separate people.

I remember them playing in college at Virginia.

Like them or hate them, the twins were very good football players.
