Was scheduled to fish Arrowhead this coming wk but due to the dam being out and water levels way down I"m changing to  Square Pond, so looking for info on Square Pond in Shapliegh, Me.   I know it has both species of Bass, but what about quality of fish and baits to try for this time of yr.  Any info whould be greatly appreciatedThanks

Square has a good state launch off the west shoreline.  It isn't big but does the job.  Square has largemouth and smallmouth.

Largemouth are in select spots.  Smallmouth are in abundance.  I have caught and released over 40 a day during the winter

ice fishing.  All were in the 4 lb range on offshore rock ledges.
