"I knew a guy that sent the IRS a t-shirt with the bank's routing and account numbers with dollar amount. The symbolism was that they took shirt off his back." :D

I used to work in check processing and we received a similar item for the IRS once. Instead of using a shirt the guy wrote the routing, account number and dollar amount on a jock strap and signed it. Since it had all of the pertinent info on it and was signed we had to treat it like any other check.
