I am getting ready to place an order for some swim jigs with either Northstar or Siebert and I am wanting to try out the Big Hammer Swimbaits as the trailer.  For those of you that fish this combination what are your favorite colors and combinations for stained and clear water situations. Forage is mainly blue gill, sunfish, and shad.  Will also be targeting smallmouth as well so any combinations for them would be great too.  Thanks guys!!

Chris with North Star swears by them. Everytime we get to talking jigs and trailers, he brings them up.

I can't comment on them as I have never held one, but baised on Chris's word, I will be buying some on my next TW order. Give Chris a call in the am. He can tell you a bunch about them.

they will work very nicely for you.   Good variety of sizes and colors.  Green sardine is right for me, but there is a variety out there.
