Anyone know if there are any streams/small rivers or even small little lakes that contain smallmouth in the area? I'm going up there on vacation for a week and would love to try and hunt down some mountain smallies (if they even exist in the area).

 

That's trout country.....Try for a greenback cut in RMNP..

I figured it was a trout only area, but you can never be too sure if there might be some smallies running around in rivers or streams in the area.
