I'd like everyone to see what type of company and customer service Humminbird is. I have a 898c SI and have been having problems w/2d sonar so I contacted Humminbird. The customer service rep was very good but we couldn't resolve the 2D sonar problems I was having over the phone. So she requested I send the unit and transducer in to their repair center and told me the turn around time to get it back is usually 5 days...not even close. Humminbird recieved my unit on Weds June 19th and I had it back by Friday June 21st! They had made a repair to the unit and replaced the transducer because it was malfunctioning in 2d sonar. This is why you buy Humminbird...outstanding customer service. Thank you Humminbird.
