Scrounger in staind water?

Featured Replies

Just curious if anybody who throws a scrounger alot has had sucess in dirty water. I am talking 2ft of clarity. I wasnt sure if they needed clearer water or not to be really good.

it would make more sense to fish them in stained water, which is where you need more turbulance

the water i fish is perpetually green, with about 2ft min visibility.  i have gotten bit numerous times on the scrounger with a zoom tiny fluke as a trailer, and recently found the lunker city fin-s-shads that are far more realistic.  so go throw that scrounger!
