Last Chance Tackle(Scam)?

Featured Replies

I was wondering if this site is legit. Has anyone ever bought anything from there? The reason I was asking is because there is a bait on there that is $60.00, but they go around $100. And the bait is brand new. It just didnt seem legit.

overall most of the deals don't look that good, so it doesn't look like a total scam.  Give them a call, they use a secure server, not that it really means anything. Can you pay with PayPal?  That would give you some added protection.

I have never used them, but hopefully someone has used them before and gives you a good review.  Hope you end up with a good deal

I dont know. I googled the address and it came up as a vacant lot. Google might have the address wrong, dont know.

I'd call and talk to them if you are really interested.

you're referring to these guys right:

If so, they're legit.  Their store is located close to the infamous Diamond Valley Lake in California.  Their prices are decent, and they're willing to help you out with any questions you may have.

There was an article about the K.C. plugs in a bassmaster and their site was advertised as the only place to get them. I doubt its a scam because they have an actual retail store in CA.

Not a scam. My company did business with them for years when I was in SoCal. Good guys to do business with. Always paid their bills on time. I would spend my money there without hesitation.

Alright, thanks guys. It came up on my computer that it might have been a site posing as a business. I also saw that they had a real store.

I just got a call from them that they didnt have my item in stock that I ordered. A very nice lady answered the phone telling me that they didnt have my item in stock and that I could get it switched to a different color. I asked if they could switch it to the MattLures HardBass instead of the MattLures StongBass and she said sure. She even went to the point of weighing it for me to see how much more it weighed then the StrongBass because they're wasn't a weight on their website. She also asked me for my shirt size so she could send me a freeshirt  :respect-059:.She also said that she would send it out 2nd day air because of my troubles for free. I posted asking if this website was a scam, and it is the complete opposite. Great customer service, and good people. I wouldn't hesitate on buying more stuff from them.

Do you know why Matt doesn't make the Hardbass anymore? Also, I saw that the Hardgills are out of stock everywhere I go. And TW doesn't even have them on their site anymore.
