I think I made a pretty good score on this reel. I paid $10 for it. I was just hoping anyone could tell me any info on it. Is this real any good?

Well, you paid the right price for it. Sorry to say but it is not the greatest reel. In my experience, Daiwa can make some really great reels, then they also have some pretty horrible ones. The reel you got only has one ball bearing. I dont know how much you know about reels, but typically, the more ball bearings the better. but in some cases if a reel only has, say, 4 ball bearings, it may still be an amazing reel. just depends on the build quality. about 6-8 ball bearings has served me great.
