3:16 no bull frog

Featured Replies

I remember a while back a thread was over this softbait. Due to that, I picked up a couple of packs.  I brought it to a local pond I knew had big fish since I really did not want to be throwing it on the boat yet, just was not sold on if it would be effective.  I was bringing it through slop and over a two hour time period I caught about 3 five pounders, a six,  and a couple a bit smaller than 4.  As big as the lure was, it would ride across the slop, and the bass would literally come through with bone crushing hits.  I can honestly say it was some of the most fun fishing I have done in a while.  The baits don't hold up well at all, the glue they provide does work, but on every fish I had to put a new one on.   Great bait to fish for money on, maybe not so much if you don't want to spend 11 buck on four frogs.   Either way I am sold.

thats good news,  i just got a pack in...will try 'em this weekend
