Anyone here used the "H2O Express ETHOS 7'6" MH rod? I used it on Saturday for about 9 hrs. using it for T&C rigs.. enjoyed the rod! I thought the action was a little bit more to the heavy fast..... (had no problem setting the hook!) love the sensitivity it match my more expensive rods.... Just looking for feed back on what others thought about the rod....

All these reviews lately about how good such and such a rod is makes a person want to try one.  However, my last name isn't Gates, first name Bill. 

Oh thought you wa getting ticked cause we was trying new rod. No gates here but on rod riot xpress Rods are 40 and the best rod for that price hands down. I'd take it to the bank

I would never get upset because someone was reviewing a new rod.  I have had to depend on the reviews of others for most of my rod purchases, and all of my reel purchases.  I enjoy reading the reviews even if not interested in that particular rod or reel.

 

I had hoped to pick up an Ethos or two during their last Rod Riot, but haven't worked my 2nd job since the first week of May, so my fishing funds are non-existent at this point in time.
