All Star Stanley Jig Rod?

Has anyone ever heard/used an all star Stanley special jig rod? I picked one up from a neighbor yesterday.  Its an older rod for sure but looks like its never been used.  Its 6'10" and is retractable.  MH. Just wondering what I have and how old it is?
