pressured pond, but mainly kids and weekend warriors throwing crazy stuff. I have the wacky and shaky rod loaded up. Does white frogs work, thinking of the spro jr in white?

I have been working a white frog on a clear lake in my neck of the woods with no luck lately. I am sure in my situation, early, early, in the morning and at night will work best. The only problem is this lake is inside a park that is closed at night.

yea this is a pond, clear water, all floro leaders on my spinning tackle but yea. it has the slop aswell but lots of big pockets with clear water
