Spro Bbz-1 6" Swimbait Hook Question

Featured Replies

What size hook comes on the 6" BBZ-1?

What treble hook replacement would be a good choice?

Thanks,

Ghost

Owner ST-46's. Not sure of the size, probably a 1.

I put some size 2 ST-58's x3 on it and have not lost a bass yet. Almost no bend whatsoever. Sticky sharp too. The regular hooks on the Spro are terrible. They put some really flexible Gamagatsus on there.

 No hard feelings, just joking around with you a little.

I've not had much trouble with Gammy hooks myself, I do agree however that Owner makes the better hook.

Owners really are some of the best. I've heard that the JDM hooks are really good too.

No, I think you missed my meaning. I highlighted the word "Gamagatsus" from your first post, just messing around with you over how you spelled Gamakatsu.
