Its as seen in the pic. Multi colored,no distinguishable features. Says "Made in Finland" in script on the diving lip. I know this IS NOT  a Rapala or a Flatfish...What is it,who makes it and how old is it?

To me, it looks like a rapala floater lip on a different minnow body on it.

I believe this was a minnow that was imported to the US from Finland by a company called Nils-master. Some of the earlier ones were made by a company called Finn-Kala & imported by Nils-master. I think the you have is called "invinceable." Most were imported in the mid 1980's. Look on ebay and you may find some that are similar. Hope this helps.
