Ok remember I purchased this reel online and the friction knob didn't function no matter how hard I tightened it? My new parts arrived today and I received the correct

parts. The reel is now functioning. I heard of them sending the wrong parts in the

past. But my last two quantum part orders have been the correct parts.

I've had good luck with quantum's parts dept also...now their van staal division that's another story!!!!
