Featured Replies

Ive read that these are designed in the Northwest to be trolled for Steelhead and Salmon.Package says the regular 1/2oz size will troll 10-15 ft on 15# test,However,Im not interested in Trolling them for Bass Anyone ever used these Cranks for Bass? Wordens makes a FLATFISH and a FATFISH.

Im asking about the FATFISH Cranks(Similar to a Storm Wiggle Wart)

An excerpt from their website:

The Yakima Worden's FatFish Lure features a one piece molded body and lip and has multiple rattles for added attraction. The Yakima Worden's FatFish Lure is designed and molded in the Northwest where steelhead and salmon fishing is a way of life. The Yakima Worden's FatFish Lure is the first plug created specifically for steelhead and is designed to "outwiggle" the competition at super slow trolling speeds yet will maintain stability in current and at high trolling speeds. Body Length 2 3 / 4 inch, Weight 3 / 4 oz.

looks like a wiggle wart no reason it wouldnt work

That black/chart color looks ridiculous!

I was thinking the same thing about that color. I don't really care for any of the others much though...maybe the craw one.

Edit: actually that "MPS" metallic purple is pretty good looking to me as well.

I see no reason why you shouldn't try it. Imagine this. I live in the pacific northwest and know exactly what lure your talking about and it never occurred to me to use them for bass fishing.  ;D

They aren't kidding about how wide it wobbles.
