Virginia People...

Looking to see who is in within a reasonable distance of the Altavista area.  You decide what "reasonable" is.  Looking at maybe starting a club... gauging interest and potentional membership, thoughts and suggestions, etc.  Not sure if affiliation to a larger group, B.A.S.S. or FLW or the like, should be a requirement.  Thought a non-affiliated "fun" club might generate interest for boaters and non-boaters alike.  Everybody would be welcome but I though it would be easier if the person lived close to the club's home area.

Hey guy. Great post. Hopefully a number of guys will join our club.

May I suggest going to the FLW and BASS club sites for Virginia and seeing what clubs they have in your area. I know FLW has had a  hard time in some areas and there are no clubs in specific parts of the Commonwealth.

Let us know the name of the club.
