What Does The "regular" Rating Mean On The Diawa Tatula Rod?

I know this should stupid but what does the regular rating on the Diawa Tatula rod mean? i see XF and F but have no clue on the regular. It is a moderate?

 

I ask as I am looking for a rod for lipless cranks and I have a nice coupon at BP I'd like to use.

     I take it as meaning a moderate action. Figure this is their crankbait version with a more parabolic action.

    It's their version of a moderate tip. I have the Tatula 6'10" MH fast tip. Best rod I ever fished with. Great quality.

    I have the 7'11" Ballistic with a "Regular" action.  I'd call it a moderate-fast rather than a true moderate.
