Featured Replies

I'd guess not. You might try soldering it, if you have a soldering iron. Or, just send it back. The company may just suprise you. I've sent baits back that were defective, and, more often than not, received back more than I sent in.

i dont think its that the bait was deffective because the spot were its coming loose it is intended so u can detach it on ur own to put another new blade on however as it gets caught up or fighting fish it losens i would post a pic but my phone cant take a pic clear enough to show the spot

Why are so many people having problems with this bait?  Partycrasher just recently posted about his CB's falling apart and I have had the same experiences.  Is it a design flaw?  Are there certain ones that hold up better?

I believe the folks are just throwing something together and not doing any testing on them. If you look around you can find quality baits that will not fall apart.

fedxpress thanx for the idea i tryed bendin it with the pliers an it does see to stay on alot better than it did an i cant even get it to come apart i guess tomm. when i go out ill find out how well it works under pressure  :)

I've used super glue as a preventive measure, not because it was coming apart. But I think bending it closed is a much better idea.

Let's clarify the terminology: the lure with this problem is the Booyah Boogee Bait, not the Chatterbait that is mentioned in the subject line. For what it's worth, this interchangeable blade is a worthless feature to me.

Why do they make it this way if they don't offer any blades to swap out?
