OK folks. This weekend is supposed to be 70. I have no boat. I will be fishing from the bank at the mouth of the Monocacy River. Any good ideas

on what to use to catch them?

    Without a boat and a fishfinder winter fishing is tough. I would use live bait. Large minnows are best.
