I would like to send in my curado bantam I purchased about 10 years ago for some cleansing and am looking for someone local to bring it to before I send it to the Delaware boys.

Is it a CU-200 greenie?  I still have 5 of those myself and have been inside them plenty of times cleaning, upgraded bearings and drags etc.  It's not hard at all, you could do it yourself.

That's what it is. Great reel and I want to keep it that way!

I recommend giving it a go yourself, as long as you have the tools and keep track of the parts order it really isn't that difficult. I recently cracked open both my Curado 201e7 and Chronoarch 201e5 for a light cleaning/lube and it wasn't that bad at all. 

 

Not sure where you're located but i'd be more than happy to take a look at it. Looks like Jeff has some experience with your specific reel though.
