LC Pointer Question

So I recently got my hands on some LC Pointer 125 Triple Joints and some Pointer 65's. Problem is, I'm not really sure when and where to throw these.

Anyone got any tips for using these lures effectively? Especially the 65s... they feel a little too light to be thrown on baitcasting gear. Should I be throwing them on spinning gear instead?

    oh yeah, i cast the 78's alot farther with spinning than casting gear; go with spinning... cant help you with the triple joint  :D
