I was at bass pro today picking up a few lures and need a new spinning rod. I narrowed it down to these 2 rods. It's for finesse jigs. I was looking at getting a 6'6" MH. Which one is more sensitive? The price difference between the 2 isn't an issue.

If you are getting them at BPS I doubt you'll find the Fenwick HMG, I think they only carry the Methods and the River Runner. It would also depend on your preference for looks as the Carbonlite is a split grip while the HMG is a full grip. If none of that matters I'd go with the Fenwick but I'm biased, I own a nice stable of Fenwicks and the rods they've been coming out with have performed really well but the Carbonlite has a big following and I bet it performs well so cosmetics may be the key for you.

My store has 6 of the spinning HMG's in stock. The split grip vs. full grip doesn't bother me. I like my Carbonlite's but am really tempted to try the HMG.

I can't speak for the Fenwick's as I don't own one.  One the other hand, the Carbonlite is a sweetheart rod, comparing very well to rods selling for over twice the price.

I have a carbonlite and really like it.  I think I will give the Fenwick a try and see how they compare.

Vote for Fenwicks here. They are fantastic rods that are very sensitive and light. I own three and don't think i'm going to get any other rods from now on aside for St. Criox(my other go to brand). I cant say anything about the Carbonlite as I've never fished with one.

I have a 6'-6" mh/f Carbonlite. It is a very light, durable and most importantly sensative rod. You cans do a variety of tactics but it excels at Texas rigs and jigs. It is worth every penny.
