Fishing In The Rain

Featured Replies

I love fishing in the rain.  Nobody on the water but my sorry heiny.  If it really starts to dump, I'll paddle under some low hanging branches at the shoreline, kick back, and wait it out - or cast from that position.  I was born and raised in the Seattle area.   Rain is just part of one's life here.  Enjoy, adapt, or move.  I chose to stay and enjoy it.

yeah....I'll fish in the rain......barring lightning or very high winds.

^^^^ what he said ^^^^ especially here in Fl when those afternoon storms roll in during the summer months.

I love it. There's a lake here in Va where me and my partner go and we just pray for high winds and rain..when it's blowing and pouring they eat up there!! we always have great days there when this happens. If it's sunny there it's usually a bust but we did have one stellar day last spring where it was sunny....just never know! But I love to fish in the rain!

Which lake are referring to if you don't mind me asking

 I am also curious
