Anyone have any luck with swim baits? I used my first one last year and had one of my best years!!

What kind are you referring to?  I have used the soft, hollow body baits with fair results.

My goal is to use them more this year and become more proficient with them.

I've had pretty good success with the Storm Wildeye Swimshad swimbaits.

Try the 3:16 Mission Fish or the Minnow.  Also good is the Reaction Strike Fathead Jr 5".

If you ain't fishing swimbaits your missing the boat.  Basically take your pick anywhere from $100 baits to a $1 swim shad and they all catch fish. I have been very pleased with the Storm Wildeye swim shads.

I have been using Berkley,Storm,Basspro,and other swimbaits with awesome luck! I caught more big bass last year with swimbaits than any other year! The swimbait is my new favorite bait and second 7" black/purple culprit worm.

Absolutely, it's become my new obsession in fishing. I've done well with the 6" River to Sea Live Eye Bottom Walker, Matt's Hardgill & Realprey Alewife painted in Perch pattern and a few others. These baits have caused a winter spending spree and I'm going to try to dedicate a larger part of this upcoming fishing season to learning these lures.

New England waters...  Mattlure Perch or Sebile Magic Swimmer soft (Blue Gill, white or green halo).  ~$40 will get youu two of the Mattlures and a pack of Sebiles.

I started using the 5"-7" swimbaits instead of the smaller 3"-4" while fishing at one of my favorite spots in Peabody,Ma I saw a bass about 7"long and it was almost dead it was swimming upside down and sideways all the sudden a bigger bass about 14" comes from no where and trys to eat it now its swimming around with a bass in its mouth which is half it size.  pretty incredible bass will eat anything .
