Hello Members,

 

What is the differance between Gen 1 and Gen 2 Lowrance units? Is it more technical than visual? I won't be able to use my Gen 2 on lakes I fish until ice off in PA and NY.

    Also the gen 2 have structure mapping which overlays your structure scan onto your map screen, they work with the new lowrance spotlight transducer, and also work with the insight genesis mapping program.
