I live in Dalton. GA and a lot of the places I fish at are over fished. So I'm interested finding some where different. Do you have any suggestion?

    I kayak fish around Dalton and you would be surprised how many bass you can catch in Coahuila creek above praters mill. A guy told me about it and it shocked how many quality fish are in there.

    Same thing over on conasauga river. Probably the biggest fish from the bank comes from the tailwaters at Carter's lake and below Chickamauga. If you don't mind driving a little the Rocky Mountain PFA in Rome has some big bass. My Nephew fishes from the bank there and has caught i bet a dozen over 7lbs in the last few years.

    Can't think of much else real close to Dalton other than the Oostanala in Resaca.
