Has anyone ever did any catfishing at sandy river reservoir if so where at on the lake was the best thanks folks

have not done any catfishing at sandy river so I can't help you but you can give it a try and see what happens and let us all know and be sure to let us in on what baits you use and the details of your catches be sure to bring license with you as game wardens check out the place on a regular basis too so go and have a good time and let us know what you do

I sure will from what I heard and gathered that they have a good amount of channel cats

The last time I fished there, we saw a humongous Channel Cat strolling through the shallows. I tossed a jig to her, but not even a sniff. We did catch some nice bass, though. We mostly fished to the left of the launch, all the way in the back, where the standing timber is. Pitching Craws was killer! I think I like that lake better than Briary.
