Was just browsing Ebay and came across some 3.5/0 hooks.

So are these just an in between size? Or am I looking at the size wrong.

Ive never seen this before in hooks,can someone enlighten me on why these hooks are rated at this size,and what application is this specifically for(if any).

    Looks to me like it has a wider gap, possibly for thicker baits? Similar to an Owner Rig 'N hook I would guess
