Aep Ohio Lakes

Featured Replies

Well this past Sunday I took a trip up to the AEP lakes and didn't do too bad. I caught 3 off a pumpkin jig with a crawldad trailer over 16 inches. Water is still cold but they are moving around the standing timber and grass beds.

Now that is one LONG trailer. That's not a trailer, that's a convoy. Just kidding.

Lol dang hootie you caught me haha. The trailer wasn't 16" the bass was haha :D

I was there 2 Sundays ago and got 3. Saw some in the 5-7 lbs range right up on shore but they spooked too easily.

^^^^^^ Every time I fish pre spawn anywhere

On my way there now...hopefully I get a couple

Ya the maps on the site are lame and like hard to read. If you look on Google maps there is a million ponds out there.

Left with 8 (4 dinks, one 2 lbs, two 3 lbs, one 4 lbs). I didn't see any on beds.

They posted some pretty detailed maps at the entrance of campground C. I took a picture but for the life of me I can't figure out how to post it.
