Stormy Day = I'm Going Fishing! = Success!

Featured Replies

This morning started with lots of wind and light rain, scattered heavy rain clouds, and i thought about the incoming front and figured the bass must be actively eating. The ponds haven't  been active quite yet, Spring has been slow to arrive, but i figured it was worth yet another try at the lake to see if they were active. And whad'ya know they are crazy active, nailing my lipless crankbait. This pond doesn't necessarily hold big slounches but it has some nice sized fish. Biggest one i caught today was just under 3 lbs.

Here's the video i recorded with my GoPro

Nice job fishing and the video.  Just try to keep the fish off the ground. :)

At least the ground was wet; better than being dry :P
