I love the Miami Bass Pro ! The employees at Dolphin Mall are among the nicest employees I've ever met. This about the 4th or 5th time I go. My reel was broken and within minutes I had a new replacement rod and reel with line and I was ready to go. Chris the operational manager runs a great team at customer service and they get you licensed within minutes. I am sure the other Bass Pros are the same. Who else goes to the Miami Bass Pro in Dolphin Mall?

I picked up my Curado I there. Actually, several of my pieces have come from that Bass pro. It also doesn't help the bait monkey that the Mrs, works from walking distance to this store. LOL... 

I'm constantly at that Bass Pro (usually at least once a week).  Chris is an extremely nice guy which is always willing to help, my daughter worked there for a couple of years and reported to Chris, she's actually going to start working there again while she's in school.  I love that place!

I hear BPS employees get some pretty great discounts on house stuff.  Any truth to this??  If so I may apply for a part time!

I live just south of that BPS and FIU and am there OFTEN.

Hate to be a Buzz Kill but while the the employees, I'm good friends with several of them, are very nice the stock keeps shrinking and shrinking.

 

They did give me a good price on a new engine, but then tried to beat me up on installation.

It is true. They get 40% on house brands and 20% on non house brands. Now, not everything is eligible for discounts. Firearms, ammunition, electronics (GPS, depthfinders, etc), and some other things are not eligible.

Good store, good employees, horrible selection. I go there once in a while if I'm in a jam and need something, that's about it. It's only about a 10 or 15 minute trip for me to get there. I'd rather make the longer trip to the Dania store if I need to do some shopping.

I love that store. Go whenever I can with my daughter. She likes the fish tank and the boats lol.

I have gone there many times. The store is always clean and well designed but poorly stocked with the things I need. The store in Dania has a much better selection of products. I go there more frequently.
