The place you're fishing looks like somewhere in the everglades haha. I have never seen any cover like that around my neck of the woods, but that is some place you got there.

Nev, 96" ain't too shabby for the beginning of the year.

Bug, awesome total for just smallmouth! I would be happy with that smallmouth number for the entire year, haha.

Maine, even if you do live near the biggest fishing secret of the USA, you still gotta know how to catch them. I think it would be tough to do that in any state, especially being a weekend warrior. Great job!

Congrats to our May winner, Mainebass (no big surprise there)! Heck of a good job, everybody getting on some great fish. I just got back in from a weekend up in Maine, and wanted to chime in and say great job to Maine and all who joined in. I'm looking forward to lots more action, too!

I have a box of standard and custom painted peacock lhur Jensen topwater prop lures. I been searching for peacock bass in the northeast. Kidding.
