I purchased the Frogg Toggz Firebelly rain suit and bibs after reading the review from bassmasters a few months back.  I purchased the entire suit for around $120.00. 

This weekend I fished a tournament from 6 am until 3 pm.  The rain started at 7:30 and it rained the entire day.  It was a downpour for the majority of the time.  At the end of the day the only thing on me that was wet was my feet (wrong boots as I was leaving at 4:30 am). 

If you are looking for a good rain suit on budget I would recommend  this suit to anyone.
