Rage Monkeys and Roosters?

Featured Replies

Baitmonkey was haunting me so i made a trip up to gander mtn   they had some rage products 25% off   unfortunately no rage craws    but space monkeys and smokin roosters    theyre unique lookin baits   just wonderin if anyone has tried them and what were the results?

I use the roosters, they are great.  I primarily fish them weightless and have caught some good ones on them.  They also produce t-rigged, c-rigged, flipped, pitched ect...

Those are two baits I will not leave home without.

At 25% off, I'd buy "em all.

well at 25% off   there still  $5 so not sure ill buy them all  but ill give them a try   they got mad potential  any certain colors i should dig for lol?

X2, I would buy every pack.

Flip those little gems or swim them on a keel-weighted hook.

well might just have to get them all then    defintely gonna flip n swim um

personally i would wait it out for them to be 50% off to stock up. the baits work pretty well, i flip the hawg and use the monkey as a jig trailer.

i have enough rage products & coffee tubes from the last sale to last me 2 seasons.  ;D

Love those two baits.  I flip the Rooster a lot, as well as Crig it.  Space Monkey is a great bait to pitch, flip, Trig, Swim...

Buy em all, you can't go wrong with either of them.

People should check their local Gander Mountains.  My local Gander has their Rage Tail stock left over from last season marked down to $2.80 a pack., and it's half Space Monkeys. They must not be big sellers. I didn't grab any, but I did leave with 20 packs of Craws, enough to last me a few years. I might have to run back and grab a pack or two of Monkeys, because I haven't tried them yet, or the Roosters.

I got lucky when I picked up a pack of space monkeys at dicks for $2.

space monkeys are excellent flipping baits along grass lines and sparse cover with a 3/8 oz. weight . for punching mats i use the rooster with a 1-1 1/2 oz. punching weight with a punch skirt ..... :)

I just picked up some at my local Dick's Sporting Goods for $1.90.  Haven't fished them yet but i like my rage craws so for $1.90 a pack couldn't go wrong

Fat G said it best. Those are two incredible baits. I can't get enough of the keel weighted Rooster lately. They get plenty of fish, and most of them are above average sized fish.
