Hey guys... I've been doing some things to my reels. Tell me what you think this would do and how it would work out.

I thought about getting some microlon....and after cleaning out my bearings, spools shaft, gears, etc.... heating them up with a air dryer and adding microlon to all of the heater metal. Several other oils out claim to bond with the metals on a molecular level, but I think these guys were probably the first, I would think they'd have it about figured out by now?? SO...would this work to my benefit? Pros, cons, ???
