Its a Spinnerbait called "Double Chance" from Blakemore (The same folks that make the Roadrunner for Crappie and Panfish)

Anyone fish this bait with success or is it just a wild design? About what year did this bait come out?

    It seems to me that I saw this bait in Walmart - late 80's or early 90's.  I didn't buy it and I don't know anyone who did.
