Multi Pin Plug Problem

Featured Replies

I have one of the inexpensive Lowrance depth/fish finders and have a problem I could use some help with.,

The pins in the multi pin plug got bent slightly and now I cant plug the transducer into the display.

I spent an hour trying to align them perfectly but I can't get them perfect. I can't see the two parts close together enough to adjust them one at a time.

I would just replace the connection but it is the display and it would involve taking the unit apart.  It was inexpensive but I only used it twice before this happened and I'd like to get a little more use out of it.

Any ideas on how to align the pins?

Is there another way?

Thanks

Mike
