Duckett Rod Broke (My Neglect)

Question I have here is I broke my rod and I don't have my receipt can I take it back to bass pro or call Duckett's customer service. Second owner also:(

I've never owned a Duckett but I know that bass pro will only take it with the receipt within 30 days of purchase.  After that you have to deal with the manufaturer.  As far as warranty, I have no idea if they will cover it.  Your best bet is to send Duckett an email and ask them what can be done.  

Duckett will replace it, just give them a call.

If you just email/call they will say just send it and a check for $50.

Yep I jus called that's what they told me break the label part off and send them 50.. That's cool, my 50 dollar screw up..
